Dublin to Powerscourt

Powerscourt Gardens are one of the most beautiful gardens in Ireland. They were recently voted No.3 in the World’s Top Ten Gardens by National Geographic. The Gardens stretch over 47 acres, so take a walk and explore before stopping off at the Avoca Cafe in Powerscourt House.
Powerscourt Waterfall is Ireland’s highest at 121m (398ft.) it is set at the foothills of the beautiful Wicklow Mountains.
Glendalough to Dublin
The next leg of the trip is to the monastic site of Glendalough. This site dates back to 600 AD and it played an important role in reintroducing Christianity after the Dark Ages. St. Kevin founded his monastery and round tower here, this later developed into Ireland's most important Monastic city.
